Zirconium
Does your crown have a dark line near the gumline? Does your crown look
less vibrant in color as compared to your natural
teeth? That's because the
metal underneath the
porcelain is too opaque to emit the natural light waves as your natural teeth. Zirc-onium and porcelain most closely emulates natural teeth in terms of optical translucency. Dental zirconium is a synthetic diamond based porcelain material that offers the highest bio-compatibility, esthetics and strength of all dental materials.

Porcelain
At The Berland Dental Arts Studio, we use only the finest porcelain available
on the market. Noritake, a porcelain manufacturer of over 100 years, is the exclusive porcelain of choice imported directly from Japan. Only the finest ceramists in the world use Noritake, and we are proud to be in such esteemed company.

Composites
Our tooth-colored inlays and onlays are made of the finest composite-
porcelain hybrid material. This hybrid allows a much
stronger final restoration than materials of past dentistry,
and because of its porcelain mixture, our composite
inlays, onlays, and veneers are strong, durable, very
esthetic, and highly polishable.
